Tax Return Preparation Checklist
At Wagenseller, Foley, Hollingsworth & Company, we strive to make the tax preparation process as smooth and efficient as possible. Gathering your information before your appointment helps ensure your return is completed accurately and on time.
Help Us Process Your Return Faster
Before You Submit Your Documents
✅ Remove all documents from envelopes
✅ Do NOT staple any documents
✅ Keep documents loose or use paper clips if needed
✅ Include all tax forms you receive, even if you are unsure they are needed
✅ Include copies of any IRS or state tax notices received during the year
Because we electronically scan and store all tax documents, please do not staple paperwork together. Loose documents allow us to process your information more efficiently and reduce delays.
Prefer to Upload Your Documents?
We offer a secure document upload option for clients
who prefer to submit their tax information electronically.
Call our office at (937) 382-5549, Ext. 1 and
we will provide a secure upload link for your documents.
