Wagenseller, Foley, Hollingsworth & Company is based in Wilmington, Ohio and serves clients primarily in the Southwest part of the state yet we also have clients across the nation. We are professional and experienced Accountants first and foremost, offering a broad range of services for both individuals and businesses. Since 1981, we take pride in being trusted advisors to the clients we serve.

Wagenseller, Foley, Hollingsworth & Associates, Inc. is a licensed independent CPA firm that provides Attest services to its clients, and Wagenseller, Foley, Hollingsworth & Company provides Non-Attest tax and business consulting services to their clients. Wagenseller, Foley, Hollingsworth & Company is not a licensed CPA firm.

DAVID M. HOLLINGSWORTH, CPA
David is a distinguished financial professional with over four decades of experience. He graduated from Wright State University in 1981 and earned his certification in November 1983. He began his tenure with the firm in December 1981, advancing to the role of partner in 1988. Throughout his career, David has demonstrated a deep commitment to public service, exemplified by his eight consecutive four-year terms as Auditor for the City of Wilmington. His areas of expertise are financial reporting, tax preparation, and management advisory services. His comprehensive knowledge and dedication have established him as a trusted advisor and leader in the financial community.
PATRICIA A. HERRON, CPA
Patricia "Patti" Herron is an experienced accounting professional with a passion for helping individuals and businesses navigate the complexities of tax and financial reporting. A graduate of Northern Kentucky University in 1984 with a degree in Accounting, Patricia launched her career shortly after by joining the firm, where she became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1986. With decades of expertise, Patti specializes in individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns, particularly in the agriculture sector. Her comprehensive knowledge extends to financial reporting, making her a trusted advisor for clients seeking detailed and accurate financial insights.
JASON F. WALT, CPA
Jason is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of experience in the field. A graduate of Wilmington College with a degree in accounting, he has built a distinguished career specializing in individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns, as well as tax planning. Beyond his work in public accounting, Jason has a strong record of service in financial leadership, having served as treasurer for numerous organizations and foundations, including a tenure as Clinton County Treasurer.
DANIEL T. ALBANO, CPA
Daniel is an experienced finance professional who has spent 28 years in Corporate America at both National and Global firms in Executive Management positions. Daniel, President of Wagenseller, Foley, Hollingsworth & Company, gets to serve the incredible staff by providing both strategic and operational oversight. Daniel received his Master’s in Business Administration from Colorado State University, Bachelor of Arts from The University of Northern Colorado, Bachelor of Science in Accounting from City University in Seattle. Daniel is also a licensed and active Certified Public Accountant.
HEATHER LUCAS
Heather is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in office administration and financial management. A 1993 graduate of Ohio State University with a degree in Agricultural Economics, Heather joined WFH in January 2022. Her extensive background includes expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory management, payroll administration, and customer and vendor relations. Heather’s well-rounded skill set, combined with her agricultural sector experience, makes her a valuable asset to the team and to our clientele.
BETH STINSON
Beth brings over 30 years of experience in office administration, specializing in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll management. With a well-rounded knowledge of accounting principles, tax reporting, and tax preparation, she has honed her expertise across multiple facets of financial operations. Beth joined the firm in October 2024, where her extensive experience adds value to the team, ensuring smooth financial processes and efficient office operations. Her dedication and breadth of knowledge make her a key in delivering reliable, high-quality service.
STEFANIE McFADDEN
Stefanie is dedicated payroll professional with 15 years of experience in business accounting and filings. She graduated from Wilmington College in 2008 with a degree in Business Administration, which laid the foundation for her successful career. Stefanie’s attention to detail and commitment to accuracy ensure that our payroll processes run smoothly and efficiently. Her previous experience as a small business owner provides her with a unique perspective on the importance of payroll in supporting a thriving workplace.
